For projects that include additions, we’ll also handle the zoning review with the City of Toronto on your behalf ensuring your plans meet local regulations, or guiding you through any variances needed before moving on to permits.

With the design, budget, timeline, and finishes finalized, the path forward is clear. Behind the scenes, we prepare job sites, arrange trade schedules, order materials, and secure any required permits. You’ll know exactly what to expect while we handle the logistics so the build phase begins smoothly and your project moves forward with confidence.
